What about apprenticeships?

What about apprenticeships for high schoolers if they are not interested in college?

There is no formal program for apprenticeships. You must seek out local opportunities trying to connect with someone in your area of interest. There are some trades such as for plumbers and electricians that participate in apprenticeship programs and some community college have apprenticship programs.
